Lawrence Wiggins, President and Director of Soccer Operations
Lawrence Wiggins (Coach Larry) is a life long football enthusiast. As a child and teenager Coach Larry grew up playing in Connecticut. After leaving the US Army in 2006, Coach Larry attended various combines to pursue playing football; however, life had other plans. Coach Larry began his coaching career around 2009 coaching his own kids in various programs. In 2017, Coach Larry began utilizing the 3FOUR3 coaching methodology which since has become a core piece of his coaching philosophy. Coach Larry has coached and developed players who have moved into MLS Next, ECNRL, ECNL, and some who have received national team call ups from their parent's countries of origin. Coach Larry has held various US Soccer Coaching Licenses and currently holds a USSF D License. He has also been a USSF Referee as well as a High School Soccer Referee. Coach Larry brings a variety of experience and passion to the area and hopes that synergy can be created amongst those working in the area currently to grow the sport and enhance the profile football in the area. #Time&Space

Nila Wiggins, MSN, Secretary
Nila Wiggins, a career nurse with fifteen years of experience in the youth soccer landscape as a parent and team mom. Nila has spent years on the pitch touchline at local, regional, and national level tournaments. Nila has helped educate new parents to the sport in the youth setting and has several hundred hours of volunteer service to local clubs. Nila brings her experience as a soccer parent; her organization as a nurse, to the role of Secretary for FC Roanoke.
Myra Belgreat is a community advocate, multicultural consultant, and entrepreneur based in Roanoke Rapids, North Carolina. As Director of Community Engagement for Football Club Roanoke (FCR), she leads efforts to connect football (soccer) with education, culture, and community growth. Her work focuses on building partnerships, engaging families, and using fútbol as a bridge for unity, leadership, and pride across the region.
A bilingual consultant and founder of Libree Servicios, Libree Construction Project Management, Libree Consulting, and Libree Finds, Myra blends business, creativity, and community service to empower individuals, families, entrepreneurs and communities.
A former Spanish Language and Culture Teacher and Department Chair at KIPP Pride High School, Myra continues to apply her educational experience to community work. Fostering mentorship, empowerment, and opportunity through every initiative she leads. She also serves as Vice Chair at Halifax Human Relations Committee and collaborates with organizations such as Halifax Community College’s Small Business Center, NCGrowth, and is a NC IDEA Entrepreneurial Mindset Facilitator to expand access for underserved and immigrant communities.
At Football Club Roanoke, Myra combines her entrepreneurial drive and educator’s heart to make the club a space for growth, connection, and generational impact—where fútbol becomes a shared language of pride, belonging, and community for players and fans alike.
